Monday Lotto Winner Woke Wife in Middle of Night

In the early hours of Tuesday 11th May, a man from Tasmania woke up his wife to tell her they now own their home. The night before, the man was unaware that he was the lucky Monday Lotto winner in draw 4076 – winning the entire $1,000,000 Divison 1 prize.

He found out he won Division 1 through the Oz Lotteries results emails. He couldn’t believe it, having never won anything in his life, saying “things like this don’t happen to us”.

The winning numbers for draw 4076 were 12, 17, 40, 10, 14, 6, 19 and 32.
