The survey is being conducted by Painted Dog Research on behalf of Oz Lotteries and will take around 15 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and be used for research purposes only.
The survey will close at midnight on Sunday 10th December 2023, and the winner will be published on this page on Monday 11th December.
