Imagine finding out you won first prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot?
Not one, but TWO lucky Oz Lotteries customers experienced that winning feeling after discovering they won $200,000 first prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot!
Our first winner, an NSW man, has been an Oz Lotteries customer since 2013. He purchased a single Mega Jackpot Lottery ticket for $6.45 as an add-on to his Oz Lotto ticket. After all, the Mega Jackpot was at a record high of over $15 Million! On Tuesday 17th July, he thought he’d check his emails only to discover he had the winning ticket!
Upon speaking with the delighted winner, our Customer Support team asked him what he planned to do with his $200,000 first prize.
If that wasn’t enough, another Oz Lotteries customer won Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot first prize the following week on Tuesday 23rd July! The winner, also from NSW, couldn’t believe his luck.
The man, wishing to remain anonymous, told our Customer Support team that he crashed his car that morning. The win will help ease the stress! He also hopes to pay off his mortgage, after he tells his partner the great news!
Both winners won the first prize in the raffle, but missed out on the Mega Jackpot.
Unlike other lotto games which have set close times, Super Jackpot and Mega Jackpot close once all available tickets are sold out. When you buy your ticket, you’ll be entered in the current draw that has available tickets. Results are drawn as soon as the ticket allocation is sold out, meaning the draw schedule is subject to change, but you’ll always be notified if you win!

Lucky Lotteries tickets start from as little as $2.65 for the Super Jackpot and $6.45 for the Mega Jackpot. There is no minimum number of games, but the more games you play, the more chances you have to win! Tickets are sequential (ordered) or random. Random tickets are best for customers who buy more than one ticket and want a range of ticket numbers. While a Lucky Lotteries jackpot can be worth millions of dollars, they are never less than $500,000 for the Super Jackpot or $1,000,000 for Mega Jackpot.
When the tickets are sold out, two draws take place. The first draw is for the cash prizes (our lucky winners won $200,000!). Then, if your ticket number has already won a cash prize in the first draw, and is drawn again in the second draw, it wins the jackpot! Results are drawn as soon as the ticket allocation is sold out, so the schedule is subject to change. After the draw, you’ll receive an email from Oz Lotteries with details of your ticket results.
We would love to know what you think about Oz Lotteries!
