One of the winners, a young man from Downer, ACT, shocked lottery officials after admitting the life-changing news actually helped him sleep! While winners typically can’t sleep after discovering the win, he shared that he “actually slept quite well. It was the last thing I saw before bed, and I don’t think it registered properly”.

Despite being at an age where he thought he would be working for the next 30 or more years, he now has big plans to change his life. The new multi-millionaire admits that is now unlikely, and that, “there will be more time off work, longer holidays and paying off the mortgage.”

The other Division 1 winning entry belonged to a St Albans player. The Victorian player has chosen to remain completely anonymous and celebrate in private. However, it’s sure to be an incredible time for them and their family!

Congratulations to the $30 Million Oz Lotto jackpot winners!
