Oz Lotteries Saturday Lotto Winner Celebrates Birthday

Saturday Lotto draw 4209 on Saturday 20 November 2021 had seven Division 1 winners across the country. Oz Lotteries was lucky to have our own Division 1 winner – a NSW woman celebrating her 60th birthday!

When asked what we would like for our birthday or Christmas, many of us may have joked, ‘to win the lotto!’ But for one lucky Division 1 winner, this was the last thing on her mind while celebrating her 60th birthday.

The Sydney woman was completely unaware she had won a Division 1 prize in the recent Saturday Lotto draw. It was only upon speaking with the Oz Lotteries customer support team that she learned she was in fact $831,613.44 richer!

Still processing the news, she explained that the ticket was just a spontaneous decision to put on.

“I’m a glass half full type of person so I’ve always been hopeful and knew that you had to be in it to win it”.

She had entered some numbers that she associated with her late mother, who had recently passed away. Even better, she was celebrating her 60th birthday! What an amazing gift to receive.

When our team asked if she had any plans, she admitted that she would need some time to think. However, she was certain that she would firstly share the incredible news with her husband and kids. She plans to use the money wisely and to help her children.
