Playing Online
Or, from the home page just choose the game you want to enter by clicking on that game and follow the prompts.
Once the numbers for your chosen lottery are drawn, Ozlotteries.com will send you an email to let you know if you have won a prize.
Must I be an Australian resident to play?
Why are entries closed a few hours before the official lottery draw?
Ozlotteries.com displays the amount of time you have left to play next to each of the lotto games on the play page.
How will I know if I have won?
Official draw results are usually provided to Ozlotteries.com within 12 hours (up to 48 hours for 6/38 Pools) of the draw taking place.
If you win a prize Oz Lotteries will inform you via email about when and how you should expect to be paid, and this will be based on the prize amount and lottery provider (Tattersalls / NSW Lotteries).
Oz Lotteries endeavours to credit prizes under $1,000 for division 3, 4 and 5 (as well as 6 and 7 for Powerball and OZ Lotto) into your Oz Lotteries account within 12 hours of receiving the official results.
Divisions 1 & 2, or prizes $20,000 and above may be paid directly to you by the lottery provider. Otherwise, the funds will be made available within your Oz Lotteries account for withdrawal or future purchases.
Please note that if your entry was a syndicate share, then the total prize won by the syndicate will determine the timing of the payment of your share of the winnings, as explained above.
Your ID must be verified prior to prize payment regardless of the amount of the prizes.
Please note: If you require funds to be transferred to a bank account outside of Australia, the minimum amount that can be transferred is AUD $100.
Systems & Super Combos
The benefit of playing a System is that your entry is equivalent to playing every possible combination of 6 numbers. For example, if you are playing a System 8, your entry is equivalent to all 28 possible combinations of 6 numbers from your 8 selections.

Yes, OzLotteries now accepts PayPal for deposits and withdrawals!
Please note the following:
PayPal is only available for Australian residents
Only one (1) PayPal account may be associated with an OzLotteries account – this means you’re not permitted to use different accounts to deposit to the one OzLotteries account.
For fraud protection reasons, members that use PayPal for deposits must withdraw the same amount (as they’ve deposited) via PayPal until they can utilize other withdrawal methods (Bank Transfer, Cheque). Eg. If you deposit $10 using PayPal, you’re first $10 of withdrawals must be made via PayPal.
You can make a deposit with PayPal via the following:
1.The “Deposit Funds” link in your Oz lotteries account
2.The process when using the checkout.
You can withdraw funds with PayPal from the “Withdraw Funds” link within your Oz Lotteries account.
Please note: It’s extremely important that you use the deposit process initiated via the OzLotteries website to ensure a quick deposit is made. All deposits must be made via the above 2 methods – DO NOT simply send money to our email address as the funds may not automatically go into your OzLotteries account, or the transfer may be delayed.
